乙型肝炎病毒（Hepatitis B Virus, HBV）是引起乙型肝炎（簡稱乙肝）的病原體，屬嗜肝DNA病毒科，該科病毒包含正嗜肝DNA病毒屬和禽嗜肝DNA病毒屬兩個屬，引起人體感染的是正嗜肝DNA病毒屬。HBV感染是*性的公共衛(wèi)生問題，因此快速靈敏檢測乙型肝炎病毒具有重要意義。本產(chǎn)品就是為此目的根據(jù)PCR原理開發(fā)的試劑盒，它具有下列特點：
1. 即開即用，用戶只需要提供樣品DNA模板。
2. 引物和探針經(jīng)過優(yōu)化，靈敏性高。
